Salem offers three ways to pay your parking permit – in person, by mail, or online. If you want to cancel your permit, you must send your cancellation request in writing to the Customer Services Center.

Payments cannot be accepted over the phone.

Mail check or money order (payable to the City of Salem) in the envelope that was included with your invoice to:

Pay Online

Pay your bill online using a credit card:

1. Open a browser and go to the Permit Application Center website.
2. Login using your registered email address and password

You must register for the online system to make payments. If you need assistance, please contact the Permit Application Center.
