ANNUAL MEETING OF

THE HOSPITAL FACILITY AUTHORITY OF

THE CITY OF SALEM, OREGON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of The Hospital Facility Authority of the City of Salem, Oregon (the "Authority") will be held at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 19, 2022. The Annual Meeting will be held by telephone and virtual means. The call-in number is (415) 655-0001, access code: 25938005351#.

The Authority will conduct its annual meeting and such other business as may come before the Authority.
