Salem Library to Expand Hours May 1

Both the Main Library and West Salem Branch will see changes

Salem Public entry sky viewHours are expanding at both Salem Public Library locations beginning May 1. The change will allow more access to programs, services, and meeting rooms for the community.

The Main Library, 585 Liberty Street SE, will stay open later Tuesday-Saturday and expand Sunday hours. New hours will be:

Tuesday-Thursday, 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
Sunday, 12-6 p.m.

Monday service hours will now be available at the West Salem Branch, 395 Glen Creek Road NW. New hours at the branch will be:

Monday-Thursday - 12-5 p.m.
Saturday - 1-6 p.m.
