Children's Poet Tree

Post Date:03/30/2024 2:10 PM

Kids are invited to decorate the Poet Tree in the Children's Corner this April in celebration of National Poetry Month! Pick up a leaf at the 2nd floor children's desk, and submit a brief poem to feature on the Poet Tree.

Poems may also be submitted virtually by emailing LibraryYouthServices@cityofsalem.net. Please include child's first name and either age or grade with submission. All poetry styles are welcome, whether it be a sonnet, acrostic, limerick, haiku, or free verse poem – showcase your work at Salem Public Library!
