On Thursday, September 8, we're launching our annual poll which gauges customer satisfaction with City services. Residents may receive a text or call to invite their participation. Selection in this survey is random.
Data from this survey is used in reporting progress on Council and community priorities in the Annual Community Report in in the fall, it will be featured on our website, and will also be shared as part of our new performance measure portal. Information gathered in the survey helps inform City Council priorities for the coming year.
