Post Date:05/24/2023 1:32 PM

Teens 14+! Are you interested in being part of an awesome volunteer Summer Reading Crew? Salem Public Library is seeking teen volunteers to spend 4-6 hours each week from mid-June to mid-August helping with the annual Summer Reading Challenge. Opportunities include helping readers sign up and log time, handing out incentives and prizes, preparing for special events, helping at special summer events, and more. The Summer Reading Crew will work in pairs and small teams, so this is also a chance to get to know other teens from our community. Volunteer times and days are flexible.

To apply, please visit our website to view the volunteer orientation video and complete the application. Be sure and select “2023 Summer Volunteer Crew” as your first choice on the application!
