Home to three parks including the beautiful 44 acre Geer Community Park with baseball and soccer fields, bike ramps and new skate park and the Willamette Town Center, the North East Salem Community Association (NESCA) provides residents, businesses, and property owners an opportunity to have direct conversations with City staff and their City Councilors. NESCA encompasses the area bound by Market Street NE to the north, Monroe Street NE at its southernmost edge, Lancaster Drive NE at the east, and 23rd Street NE to the west. The neighborhood is approximately 740 acres in area.
