Plans and Reports

The City of Salem must prepare two documents in order to continue to receive federal grant funding from HUD. Both documents outline plan priorities and how the City intends to allocate federal grant funds.

1. Housing and Urban Development Consolidated Plan
2. Annual Action Plan and Attachments

At the end of the reporting year, the City of Salem is required to provide a follow-up report called the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). This report provides detailed accomplishments related to the five-year consolidated plan.
