Business License Fees

License fees are set by the City Council.

The application fee is non-refundable. Fees for licenses expiring on December 31 are prorated as follows SRC 30.025:

Room & Board facility = $17/guest room annually
Retirement apartments = $11/unit annually
Homeless shelters = $65/facility annually
Rescheduling Fee Multi-Family Inspection = $100/hr based on scheduled appointment time (1 hour minimum)

Night club (no alcohol) $40.00 application fee

Short-term rental and accessory short-term rental Fees are listed in the Fee Schedule.
Special event $10.00 per day (Haunted houses are $25 per day)
$2.50 automation surcharge for 1-4 days (1 day for haunted houses)
$5.00 automation surcharge for events over 4 days or haunted houses lasting more than 1 day.
Street vendor, each mobile device (cart) $40.00 application fee
$60.00 per device license fee annually
