Enterprise Zone 
Up to 5 year property tax abatement for traded sector employers adding jobs and private investment in the Enterprise Zone boundary. 503-540-2445

Electronic Commerce Zone
State income tax credit against the annual State of Oregon income or corporate excise tax liability if engaged in electronic commerce in the Enterprise Zone.

Expedited & Enhanced Permitting
Expedited and/or concurrent same day review, same day review for minor interior alterations, and project coordinator assistance for large projects.

Urban Renewal Area Grants, Loans & Support 
Up to $300,000 for eligible building and site improvements located in designated urban renewal areas.

Federal Programs - CDBG & HOME
Funding to create economic opportunities and affordable housing for low- and moderate-income persons. Applications for funding are accepted annually.

New Market Tax Credits
Federal tax credits for qualifying investments in a low income census tract. Requires a Community Development Entity and $6M minimum investment.

Multiple Unit Housing Tax Incentive Program
10-year property tax abatement for new or converted, permanent housing units constructed within the designated area, providing public benefit.

Brownfields Grant
Site Re-Use and Revitalization Program provides funding for Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments and related activities that support site re-use and redevelopment.
