Spots are available for:

First vendors to complete their permit applications and pay the necessary fees will get a spot reserved in the Riverfront Park Vendor Plaza.

Food Trucks

Must have valid and appropriate Marion County Health Department Mobile Food Unit License
Must have valid and appropriate City of Salem Mobile Food Unit license
Complete a City of Salem Short-Term Concessionaire Permit Application, listing specific day of service and event information
Agree to Vendor Plaza Rules and Regulations
Provide Certificate of Insurance according to specific requirements provided in attached example (food and drink vendors only), including listing “the City of Salem, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers as additional insured.” Please send completed application to: City of Salem Recreation Services 555 Liberty Street SE, Room 325 Salem, OR
Pay $37 Daily Concessionaire Fee
Special Use Area Fee is waived for this event

Temporary Restaurants

Must have valid and appropriate Marion County Health Department Temporary Restaurant License
All vendors with a tent greater than 400 square feet must complete a Temporary Tent or Canopy Permit
Complete a City of Salem Short-Term Concessionaire Permit Application, listing specific day of service and event information.
Agree to Vendor Plaza Rules and Regulations
