Volunteer to Join the Park Patrol in Minto-Brown Island Park

Minto-Brown Island Park is a large and very beautiful natural area along the Willamette River.

Park Patrol volunteers provide information to park users regarding trail conditions, directions, and park rules. Patrol volunteers report hazardous conditions, vandalism, or illegal activities. If you're able to commit to eight or more hours a month, this might be the opportunity for you. Meet the park ranger and learn about our Eagle watch area while you volunteer.

You can walk, jog, bicycle, and exercise your dog on ADA accessible pathways as you keep Minto-Brown Island Park healthy and safe. If you're unable to move about the park, you can perform the watch from your car, a bench, or a picnic table. Being a park patrol member is a fun way to enjoy nature and get exercise.
