Tiffany Corbett, Enterprise Strategy & Employee Development Division Manager

Tiffany Corbett has worked for the City of Salem for more than ten years in various roles. She started as a Budget Analyst for the IT and Facilities Department. Then, as the department’s strategic vision developed, her role evolved to a project manager, a section manager, and a division manager.

She has a Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from Oregon State University and Bachelor’s degrees in both Marketing and Political Science. She holds certifications in Project Management and Statistical Research.

Prior to her service at the City of Salem, Tiffany worked for the Oregon university system in both the budget and tuition rate-setting sections, as well as internal audit. Before she and her husband moved to Oregon, she worked for a tax firm in South Carolina preparing returns for businesses and individuals.

Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys hiking, working out in the CrossFit gym, and watching movies with her family.

Enterprise Strategy and Employee Development Functions

This division focuses on citywide recruitment, enterprise learning and development initiatives to foster retention, wellness, DEI, business analysis with IT project portfolio oversight, and oversight of the Enterprise Services budget.
