Woodmansee Park is a 30-acre, developed Community Park located at 4629 Sunnyside Road SE. As a community park, it serves a three-mile geographic area and provides a variety of active and passive activities with reservable features such as a covered shelter and ballfields. 

A master plan update was completed and approved by City Council on May 10, 2021. View the Woodmansee Park Master Plan Graphic or Woodmansee Park Master Plan Report. Following approval of the master plan the City began its design of Phase One improvements. These improvements are being constructed summer of 2022 and include:

• Reconstructed tennis courts with pickle ball striping.
• A new multi use field.
• A reservable picnic shelter and tables.
• New hard surface paths and sidewalks.
• Stormwater management.
• Tree and landscape plantings.

The improvements are expected to be complete by Fall 2022.
