Overdrive now requires a PIN in addition to your card number to access your account in the Libby app or Library2Go online.

PINs in the Chemeketa Cooperative Regional Library System (CCRLS) system are generally either the last four digits of your phone number or the last four digits of your phone number and the lowercase first letter of your last name.

If you have forgotten your PIN/password, you may reset it by accessing your account through the CCRLS catalog

1. Visit the CCRLS catalog online 
2. Select the "Login" or "My Account" link in the upper righthand corner
3. Select "Forgot my PIN" at the bottom of the dialog box
4. Enter your library card number (with no spaces)
5. The system will send you an email with a link to reset your PIN/password
6. Your new PIN must be between 4-25 characters and MUST include at least ONE LOWER-CASE LETTER and ONE NUMBER.
