Families with toddlers and preschoolers are invited to join Youth Services staff for monthly in-person storytimes during June, July, and August as we make a temporary schedule shift during our Summer Reading Challenge.

Early literacy-rich storytimes are a great way for children to develop the skills that will prepare them for kindergarten success.

Storytime dates for June, July, and August are:

The weekly storytime schedule will resume Wednesday, September 4. 

We will continue to offer families areas for unstructured play and learning:

Tiny Tots Play Spot
10 a.m.-12 p.m. Tuesdays - Saturdays in Story Room B
Open play time with interactive toys and board books for babies through toddlers age 2½ and their grownups.

Discovery Room (learn more)
10 a.m.-5 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Friday & Saturday
Children experience learning as play in a creative and collaborative hands-on learning space designed for children with their adult caregivers.
