211info connects people with health and social service organizations. Information, referral, and assistance programs target specific services including childcare and parenting, utility assistance, food, health, housing, and shelter. They can also be reached by calling or texting 211.

COVID-19 Resources for Immigrants and Refugees
A resource site hosted by the Oregon Department of Justice which lists available resources for immigrants, refugees, and others. Find help regarding utilities, food, legal assistance, and more. Site can be translated into multiple languages, including Russian, Spanish, and Vietnamese.

A free resource for parents of children ages birth to five years old to receive needed support from a trained child development professional for child behavior issues, tips to help your child build skills, and ways to make parenting less stressful.

Immigrationhelp.org
A team of lawyers and technologists who provide low-income immigrants with free legal help for preparing immigration applications.

Legal Aid Services of Oregon
A non-profit that provides free legal services to low-income individuals and seniors. Offices are located all over the state, including Salem.

Liberty House
A child abuse assessment center serving Marion and Polk counties (serving children age 0-18). Liberty House provides trauma-informed counseling for individuals and families.

A regional non-profit helpline dedicated to crisis intervention. Includes a suicide lifeline, alcohol & drug helpline, Military helpline, Youthline, Senior Loneliness Line, and a racial equity support line.

Marion Polk Food Share
Distributes food to meal sites, including food pantries and senior housing sites across the Mid-Willamette Valley. Click on the "Get Help" tab to get information in English and Spanish and find nearby food resources.

Mid-Valley Resources Guide
A guide to local resources for Salem and the surrounding communities designed to connect community members to all types of services, including emergency financial assistance, medical services, legal assistance, housing information and support, food assistance, and more!

Oregon Family Support Network
A community driven network of families and caregivers working together to provide education and advocacy. Includes family-to-family links, support groups, referrals for training and emotional support, and community resources, and mental health support.

Oregon State Bar Association
Provides legal information to the public and assists with identifying lawyers or legal resources to help individuals with legal issues. Recommended lawyers may not be free/pro bono but they can direct you to other organizations that can provide free legal aid in your area of need.

Oregon Department of Human Services
Self-Sufficiency offices offer help with food benefits (SNAP), cash for families (TANF), child care assistance, refugee services, domestic violence assistance, and more.

Oregon Consumer Protection
The Oregon Department of Justice website to help Oregonians with consumer complaints, consumer education, and more. Site can be translated into multiple languages, including Russian, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
